7-on-7 (4m/3w) This year's charity will be "Forcing Home". Forcing Home is a nation-wide ultimate initiative that aims to raise money/awareness for the homeless by hosting a simultaneous tournament in major cities across the country. FrUIT Bowl 2005 is the Atlantic representative for this fundraiser, with teams participating in Vancouver, Winnepeg, Saskatoon and Montreal as well. What we are asking you all to do is gather any winter clothing and non-perishable food items/toiletries for collection at our tournament, which we will then donate en masse to our local shelter. We will also be having an auction at the party Saturday night to raise money, so anything you would like to put up for bids would be much appreciated. We're thinking of things like ultimate gear, team clothing, discs, points in Sunday's first game....etc. Be creative! For more info on Forcing Home across Canada, you can visit their website.
