Membership Levels
Would you like to join the UPA? To join for the first time or to renew, use
online registration or download and print the membership form from the link at the top of the page and mail it in. Your support helps the sport of Ultimate grow with quality and fun. As a player-run organization, the UPA is exactly what members make it. Your dues, donations and passion for Ultimate keep the sport going and growing! Membership levels and prices are as follows:
| Amount | Member Level | Description |
| $20 | Youth | Includes members that will/did not reach their 19th birthday before June of the current calendar year and have not graduated from H.S. |
| $30 | College
| Includes any person currently enrolled at least half-time in an accredited college or university. Six consecutive years max. |
| $40 | Regular | Includes all adults. |
| $750 | Lifetime | Available to anyone. |
Membership Information
Membership begins once your information and fees have been received and processed by the UPA. The annual membership period is the calendar year (January 1–December 31) although we begin accepting renewals beginning on December 1 for the following year. We encourage you to sign up at the beginning of that cycle. All memberships will expire on December 31 of the current cycle regardless of when you sign up.
UPA membership is not refundable. Please review the membership information and form carefully.
Lifetime Members
Lifetime members pay a one-time fee to be a member of the UPA for life. Throughout their life they will continue to receive and benefit from all membership privileges regardless of how the program may change over the years.
